Order Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Oxford Bloom, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. ORDERS

  • Order Acceptance - All orders received are subject to acceptance by Oxford Bloom. We reserve the right to reject any order. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.

  • Order Confirmation - As a boutique florist, we purchase fresh flower stock based on confirmed orders to ensure that your blooms reach you in tip-top condition. Therefore we ask for as much notice as possible for any bespoke work. Please note, orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

  • Changes to your order - If you wish to make any changes to your order, then please contact us as soon as possible. We need at least 5 working days notice for any changes, but we'll always do our best to make last-minute amendments for you.

  • Cancellations - We require at least 5 working days notice if you wish to cancel your order with us. If wholesale flowers have already been purchased to fulfil your order, then no refund will be offered in the event of a cancellation.

2. PAYMENTS

  • All payments are due in advance or delivery, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

  • All payments are made online, either through the webshop, or by a payment link sent via email or SMS. Card transactions are managed via the payment processing system, Stripe and Paypal.

  • All major debit and credit cards are accepted.

3. DELIVERY

  • Bespoke and contract work will be delivered as agreed with the customer.

  • We personally deliver to postcodes within 10 miles of the Oxford Bloom studio in Chilton, Oxfordshire. We use Royal Mail and courier services for our postal deliveries.

  • If you are outside of the delivery area, we can still accommodate your order, however delivery charges may apply. You are also more than welcome to collect your order from the Oxford Bloom Studio.

4. REFUNDS

  • In the highly unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, then please get in contact with us in the first instance on 01235 414692 or via the contact form on the website. We will be happy to offer a replacement, partial or full refund if necessary.

5. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

  • Oxford Bloom is a boutique florist who creates and delivers all arrangements personally. There may sometimes be adverse conditions or circumstances that are beyond our control and therefore we may not be able to deliver your order on time or to the planned schedule. In this event, we will contact all affected customers to inform them of any delays and discuss options on an individual basis.

6. CUSTOMER AND RECIPIENT PERSONAL INFORMATION

  • To ensure that we can communicate with our customers, and recipients of our flowers effectively, it is very important that you provide accurate personal information.

  • When purchasing through Oxford Bloom, we need to collect personal information about you and, if applicable, the recipient of the flowers.

  • Customer information will be used for payment verification, order related communication and, from time to time, emails about related products and services.

  • Recipient information will only be used for the purpose of delivering flowers.

  • We value your privacy and will never lease, rent or sell any of your information to any third parties.

  • Oxford Bloom reserves the right to use any images of the flowers created for your order in promotional materials, including our website and social media accounts. No personally identifiable information will be shared in these images without your express permission.
